Day 45: Texas Last Diet

Let's see, a pancake for breakfast, and trail mix for lunch.  I was out running around, and didn't eat any of my veggies until dinner, when I ate them all.  I know that's not good, but it seems to happen to me every once in a while.  Dinner was good, I had hamburger meat browned with chopped up zucchini, mushrooms, kale and tomatoes.  It was a lot, because I had to get in 4 cups of veggies at one sitting.  Again, not optimal, and may mean I start eating some muscle instead of fat this week.  I hope not.  I'm eating lots of protein, so perhaps I can avoid damage for the way I ate today.  Southwest Curls and Rice Crispy Square for my third and fourth Ideal Protein.
