Day 54: Texas Last Diet

This morning I had my omelet, with some extra veggies thrown in to spice things up a bit.  I had a lunch meeting, but I was able to do the Caesar Salad thing with grilled chicken again, and that was really welcomed, as I was starving.  But again, I didn't have my veggies during the day.  I had my trail mix just after the meeting, and was able to have a really good dinner.  I browned up some hamburger meat and added spices to make chili.  I then diced up some cabbage and some mushrooms to add to the meat mixture, instead of adding rice.  Then I stuffed some bell peppers and baked them in a tray of water for about an hour, until the peppers had softened a bit.  I drained the water, and diced up a fresh onion.  They were really good, and had a whole day's supply of veggies.

So I did it again, saved all the veggies until the end of the day.  I know what that has meant in the past when it comes to weighing in day, so I'm likely to see again that I'm not just losing fat, but muscle as well.  Bummer, I've got to get better at this.
