Day 46: Texas Last Diet


Started my day with a pancake, and had power slaw and turkey steaks for lunch.  This power slaw is from HEB, and it is amazing.  One bag has all the veggies you need for an entire day, and it's really good.  It is filled with kale, kohlrabi, cabbage, zucchini, Brussels sprouts, and unfortunately carrots.  I just ignore the carrots and hope they're not going to hurt my progress.  I also made up some turkey steaks.  Now in the picture, you'll see onion on top... those onions I threw on just before the dish was complete, so they were not caramelized, or even softened, before I took the pan off the stove.

For dinner, I made up some chili with ground beef, and made the cauliflower rice to go with it.  Really good, and reminded me how much I love Mexican food.  Southwest Curls for snack, and a rice crispy square for my 3rd Ideal Protein.
