Day 72: Texas Last Diet

Let's see, started off with a pancake, and had trail mix and a salad with good veggies at lunch.  We were out late, so I didn't get to make dinner, and ended up with a double meat hamburger with no bun and a spinach salad for dinner.  I had the peanut butter balls for my snack, and was still hungry, so I had a 4th ideal protein, a rice crispy square.  I'm not feeling great about my choices today, but I don't think I did any real harm.  It just wasn't very inspiring.  Oh well, tomorrow's another day.
