Day 70: Texas Last Diet

Started off with a pancake this morning.  Followed by trail mix for lunch.  We were at the office today, and we ended up without any vegetables around lunch, so I didn't eat my veggies until dinner.  I know I'm not supposed to wait like this, but today was weird.

My mother-in-law made Turkey meatballs for dinner, with baked cabbage.  It was delicious.  I ate all four cups of cabbage with dinner, so I'm terrified of gas tomorrow.  We went grocery shopping though, and finally have a fridge full of veggies again.  Now I'll have plenty of choices for both here at home, as well as things to take to the office.

I've done much better this week overall.  I'm not convinced that I've not cannibalized muscle, but I feel certain that I've lost weight.  I've slipped a couple of times, waiting too long in between meals, but generally, I think I did much better than before.  I've also cut myself back to three Ideal Protein packets per day again... since I was routinely eating four, and a couple of times, five.  Last week I lost fat, but only half a pound.  Hopefully I've done better for weigh-in tomorrow.
