Day 69: Texas Last Diet
I found a pineapple, banana shake on the shelf, so I had that for breakfast. Lunch was at work, and I had a packet of trail mix, and we went to a wonderful Lebanese restaurant in Meyerland called Fadi's. It was so good. It's cafeteria style, so you pick and choose what you want to eat. I had the tabbouleh salad, a mixed salad, and a baked chicken breast.
There were loads of bad choices too, but I think I did well, and the food was amazingly good. The restaurant was recommended by a friend from Lebanon, and judging from the clientele, it must have been pretty authentic.
Dinner was less eventful. I had made some chili meat in a crock pot, then I riced and browned up some cauliflower rice. I diced some tomatoes, and we all had chili and faux rice. It was pretty good, though I probably overcooked the cauliflower.
