Day 12: Texas Last Diet

I had the omelet this morning for breakfast, but to change it up, I added some diced bell pepper and onion.  Then I scrambled the eggs, and it was really good.  It got rid of the "instant" flavor and made them taste better.
I had soup for lunch with a salad to which I added extra radishes, celery and cucumber.  Very fresh and lovely.

I made stuffed peppers for dinner, and then forgot to take a picture.  It was really good.  I emptied out a bell pepper, put it in some water in a baking dish and baked it while I browned some hamburger meat.  I added a bit of onion, herbs, salt & pepper, and chili powder.  I checked the chili powder, and it didn't have any added sugar.  I basically added some water and cooked that for about 30 minutes and made chili.  I then took the pepper out, which had softened a bit in the oven, and I mixed raw onion with the chili meat and stuffed the pepper.   I put the pepper back in the oven.  I split a zucchini lengthwise, and softened it up in the chili pan,   I had some salad, the zucchini, and a stuffed bell pepper.  It was really good, and definitely something I'll do again.

I had my snack, a brownie, before bedtime, and had no real cravings at all this evening.  What's up?
