Day 19: Texas Last Diet

Nothing earth-shattering today.  Had an omelet this morning, and added some chopped pepper, onion flakes, garlic powder, and Italian herbs to get rid of the slight powdered egg taste.  It's not bad, but when you eat them so often, it's great to be able to change them up a bit.

I had a better schedule today, and was able to sit and have a bowl of soup, and 2 cups of broccoli and a salad.

Dinner was nice.  I had a ground turkey patty with some bell pepper and chives mixed into the meat. I had zucchini and cauliflower, and a salad, complete with a few dill pickles.  It was really good.  I added a bit of the soy sauce replacement, liquid aminos, for flavor and moisture.  I don't know why I don't eat more ground turkey.  I always thought it was flavorless, but it seems to take on any taste you season it with, and it's not at all heavy like beef.

Anyway, good day.  Had my Southwest Curls for snack tonight, and I'm off to bed.
