Day 24: Texas Last Diet


Mango shake for breakfast, and off to work.  We've been so busy lately I don't have a lot of time to worry about what I'm eating, but I think everything is still going well.


I made zucchini noodles for lunch with the Pampered Chef Cauliflower rice maker, and I put them raw into a bowl like spaghetti.  Then I put in some tuna as my extra protein, and poured a packet of soy nuts on top.  It looked kinda cool.  It was disgusting!  Don't ever do that.  The consistency was awful, and the tastes just didn't go together at all.  Eeewww.  I ate it all though, because I needed the food.


Tonight I had a hamburger in a bowl, with salad and pickles.  Loved it.  I also had some steamed broccoli and zucchini, with a little liquid aminos (soy sauce replacement) for flavor.  It was all good. Cheesy crackers for snack.  Just another skinny day.
