Day 33: Texas Last Diet


Good day today.  Had a pineapple/banana shake for breakfast.  For lunch we were running, so I ate some trail mix in the car, then we went to Sweet Tomatoes restaurant again,and I got a towering salad with all the good veggies in it, and spinach.  I didn't have any extra protein at lunchtime as that wasn't an option at the restaurant.

Dinner was excellent.  I had pork chops that were left in the fridge with collard greens and broccoli.  I browned the pork, then placed it on a bed of collard greens, seasoned it all up, and threw broccoli on top.  I covered the dish and baked it at 350 for an hour.  The meat could have been a bit more tender, but everything tasted amazing... even the greens. Great success.  I'd definitely do that dish again.
Snack was Southwest Curls, and then later a fourth Ideal Protein in a rice crispy square.  I feel bad about eating that fourth packet, but I didn't have any extra protein at lunch, so I'm hoping that will even things out a bit.
