Day 25: Texas Last Diet
Crazy day today. Mondays are always soooo busy for us. We're in meetings most of the day, then we have to get to the office and actually get some work done too. I had an omelet this morning, and didn't have any veggies to throw in because I was a bit rushed.
For lunch, I had a bag of soy nuts on the road, but was able to make a salad, with extra broccoli and cauliflower in it. I fried up an egg for my extra protein. Odd combination, but it got the job done.
We had no food at home, so we stopped on the way back from the office and had dinner at Luby's cafeteria. I got a chopped steak, a dry salad, and a big old helping of steamed broccoli. It was really good, and seemed to be OK as far as the diet goes. I guess I don't know if they put anything on the meat, but the veggies seemed to just be steamed. I couldn't taste anything else in them at all.
Cheesy crackers before bed. Good day.
