Day 32: Texas Last Diet

All is well.  I had the powdered pineapple/banana shake this morning for breakfast, trail mix and a salad with kale and zucchini for lunch... with no extra protein.

For dinner I had one of my favorites from Janeva's Ideal Recipes book, a hamburger in a bowl.  I made a hamburger patty with diced mushrooms and bell pepper in the patty.  I seasoned that all up, and then put the burger, covered with lettuce, a tomato slice, pickles... it was great.  Quite my favorite dish.  It just seems like so much food for dinner.

We ate pretty late, and for snack I just had a rice crispy square and Dill Zingers.  That's another day with a fourth Ideal Protein, but I'm just so hungry at bedtime I can't stand it.  The extra packet completely solves the problem.  Again, I didn't have an extra protein dish at lunch, so perhaps it will even out?
