Day 26: Texas Last Diet
I had a mango shake for breakfast, and it was great as usual. We were out on the road again today, and I had my soy nuts for lunch in the car.
Between meetings, we headed over to Sweet Tomatoes for lunch. I had a heaping salad with broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini, red onion, mushrooms, and the like. So I had my two cups of good veggies with my greens. I got a little chicken for my salad too, and that was my extra protein.
For dinner, I had a hamburger in a bowl. Also really good, and I don't know why, but pickles taste so good with this dish. I had some broccoli and bell pepper that I softened in the pan after I took out the meat patty. It was all good.
Cheesy crackers for snack. I'm starting to get really sick of these, so I'll probably switch back to the Southwest Curls next time.
